Why do my Earborns look different than others?
The ear is as individual as a fingerprint.
Each Earborn is adapted to your own ear and therefore looks different.
So it is quite possible that other Earborn headphones are much larger or smaller and have a different shape.
How do I know which side is the right one?
There is a small R (=right) and L (=left) marking on the ear canal of the Earborn.
The ear canal is the longer cone. At its end is an opening with a white filter.
My Earborn won't connect to my phone.
Make sure the Earborns are turned on. To do this, press the button on the earbuds for 3 seconds. A flashing light will then appear. If this doesn't happen, place the Earborns in the charging case, then remove them after a few minutes and start the process again.
Once the light on the headphones flashes, you can select and connect the Earborn on your mobile device under Bluetooth “My Devices”.
How do I know if my Earborns are charged?
When you connect the Earborn to your mobile device, you'll see the exact battery level. The Earborn also alerts you with an audible signal when the battery is almost empty.
How long is the delivery time?
Delivery for custom-made Earborn headphones is approximately three weeks after receipt of the ear impressions. Accessories are shipped within five business days.
This applies to deliveries within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
What does the scope of delivery look like?

Where can I have an ear impression taken?
The ear impression is made in an acoustic specialist shop and is free of charge for you at our partner acousticians.
You can find an overview of the participating acoustic partners here.
Taking the ear impression usually takes 10 to 15 minutes and is completely painless.
If you would prefer to go to another audiologist, that is of course possible. However, we cannot cover the costs of the ear impression, and you will have to pay these costs on-site. Important: The ear impression must be sent to us immediately, as the material changes and shrinks after 48 hours. This does not apply to a digital ear scan, of course.
